The representative is available, in order to provide a little morsel of care, a place to shout about your achievements and have a much needed moan about your misfortunes. ODS provides sympathy; free and delivered by the representative of the company, who comes with many years experience and understanding of this form of work. ODS is not ashamed to say that it has a wistful yearning for a sense of community, good neighbourliness and moments of social interaction over the garden fence! Looking back, (through rose tinted spectacles perhaps) - back to those good old days, ODS wishes to be a pioneer to bring back chatting over the tea trolley, or nattering at the corner shop.
